Meet Kayley, Chief Visionary Officer + Founder 

Kayley Robsham (she/hers) is a Business Mentor, Master Practitioner & Trainer of NLP, Breathwork Facilitator, Death Doula, Energy Healer and Host of The Higher Ed Entrepreneur Podcast. Born and raised outside of Boston, MA, she relocated to Tampa Bay, Florida after leaving student affairs for full-time entrepreneurship and healing her mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

She enjoys coaching her community in: Facilitating deep awareness in The Liberate NLP Certification, building businesses in SA Pro to CEO, and helping clients embrace healing through entrepreneurship.

Meet Jane, Director of Operations

Jane Rodriguez (she/hers) is The Director of Operations for The Higher Ed Entrepreneur and CEO of her own business The Thriving CEO. She is proud Bilingual Latina, born and raised in Miami, Florida. You can find Jane streamlining systems, creating processes, and making businesses more efficient. She's happy to help to take work off your plate in your CEO role.

Jane left student affairs in June of 2020 and went full-time in her business shortly thereafter.
